  • Exécuter les transactions de processus d'affaires en mettant l'accent sur la précision et le respect des procédures
  • Effectuer des tâches de traitement et de qualité complexes, standard et non standard, à l'appui des services externalisés dans une industrie et un domaine fonctionnel spécifiques
  • Démontrer des connaissances et des compétences dans une variété de processus de travail assignés o Collaborer avec les analystes principaux et les gestionnaires
  • Participer à des projets d'amélioration des processus et d'analyse de données o Aider à identifier les goulots d'étranglement des processus et l'assurance qualité
  • Assurer la conformité aux normes et procédures établies o Soutenir les analystes principaux dans l'analyse des tendances des données et la production de rapports
  • Peut aider à la mise à jour et à la maintenance de la documentation des processus
  • Travailler avec l'équipe pour atteindre les objectifs de performance et les normes de qualité

Profil Recherché/ Compétences

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent est obligatoire
  • Compétences professionnelles bilingues français/anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit sont obligatoires
  • Expérience en assurance vie / nouvelles affaires est obligatoire
  • Grande attention aux détails et à la précision avec capacité de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément .
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps
  • Capacité de s'épanouir dans un environnement à volume élevé
  • Solides compétences en communication.
  • Attitude positive et axée sur le service à la clientèle avec un engagement à offrir un service supérieur.
  • Bonne connaissance de la suite de produits MS Office

Conditions Offertes

  • Un ordinateur portable, une station d'accueil, des moniteurs et un casque d'écoute seront fournis
  • Horaire : Lundi au vendredi, de 9 h à 17 h 30 HNE. Peut nécessiter du travail par quarts
  • Ce poste est en télétravail au Canada uniquement

Essential Job Functions

  • Execute business process transactions, focusing on accuracy and adherence to procedures
  • Performs complex standard and non-standard processing and quality tasks in support of outsourced services within a specific industry and functional area
  • Demonstrates knowledge and skills in a variety of assigned work processes
  • Collaborate with senior analysts and managers
  • Participate in process improvement projects and data analysis
  • Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and quality assurance
  • Ensure compliance with established standards and procedures
  • Support senior analysts in analyzing data trends and reporting
  • May assist in updating and maintaining process documentation
  • Work with the team to meet performance targets and quality standards

Mandatory Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. is mandatory
  • Fully bilingual French/English professional speaking and writing skills are mandatory
  • Life insurance / New Business experience is mandatory
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with ability to multitask
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive, customer service-oriented attitude with a commitment to offer superior service
  • Good knowledge of MS Office product suite

Work Environment

  • Laptop, docking station, monitors, and headset will be provided
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am to 5:30pm EST. May require shift work
  • This position is remote within Canada only
