Your Role & Responsibilities
In this strategic leadership role, you will:
- Develop enterprise and domain‑level data strategy artifacts
- Define and socialize current‑state and target‑state platform architecture materials
- Build conceptual and logical data models that guide long-term architectural direction
- Establish data domain definitions, modeling standards, and governance frameworks
- Create strategy roadmaps and Phase 3 execution plans to ensure organizational readiness
- Deliver executive presentations and decision-support materials that drive alignment
- Lead and mentor senior analysts without replacing their core responsibilities
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure execution aligns with approved data strategy
Skills & Experience You Should Possess

- 10+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, or enterprise transformation
- Proven success leading enterprise-scale data initiatives
- Deep expertise in data modeling, governance, and analytics enablement
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, especially when working with executives
- Ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable business strategy
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in regulated industries or complex enterprise environments
- Hands-on work with modern data platforms or cloud data ecosystems
- Consulting background in enterprise data strategy or governance
- Familiarity with data literacy, operating models, or metadata management
Education & Certifications You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field
- Certifications in data governance, data architecture, or analytics are a plus but not required

- Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $165,000–$185,000 annually or $92–$102 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market‑based rates by geography.
