**Position:**Senior Attorney or Legal Academic
**Type:**Part-time, project-based
Compensation:****$110–$140/hour
**Duration:**4–6 weeks
Commitment:****~5 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Review legal documents to confirm alignment with statutory and regulatory frameworks.
- Validate content related toABLE accounts, guardianship, and special needs trusts.
- Ensure correctness and clarity onMedicaid eligibilityandSSI applicationprocesses.
- Provide expert feedback to improve dataset quality.
- Collaborate asynchronously and meet all deadlines.
Qualifications
Must-Have
-10+ yearsof experience in special needs law or related academic fields.
- Expertise in trust structures and disability benefits law.
- Advanced understanding ofMedicaidandSSIregulatory standards.
- Excellent analytical and legal writing skills.
- Strong detail orientation.
