Vice President – Sales

As Vice President – Sales, you will play an active role in developing and implementing the company’s strategic plan. You will be responsible for defining and driving the overall sales strategy and overseeing field execution. You will play a key role in expanding current and future markets, achieving growth targets, and optimizing team performance. As an inspiring leader, you will strengthen the existing team, drive results, and contribute directly to the company’s success.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Vice President role at Berger is about applying your values and talents to your position while working closely with all members of the executive team. Join a team dedicated to promoting innovation, strengthening cross-functional synergy, and supporting the company’s strategic objectives.

In this role, you will ensure that your department’s structure evolves to effectively support the organization’s commercial vision. You will articulate and lead the strategic development of sales channels, team performance, and growth objectives, while collaborating to optimize the customer experience. As a coach within your team, you will ensure cohesion, engagement, and talent development.

QUALIFICATIONS :
You have a clear vision and the ability to inspire your team around shared objectives. Your university degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field, combined with around ten years of experience in a similar role, allows you to fully embrace your leadership as Vice President. Proficiency in French is considered an important asset. A graduate degree in management or sales, as well as experience in the manufacturing and horticultural sectors, are significant assets.
