Planned is an event management platform that helps companies streamline their meetings and events booking process. We make it easy for anyone to plan successful events while giving finance teams the visibility and control they need to maximize their budget. We already work with over 200 companies across North America - including PwC, L’Oréal, and Nike, - and we’re on a mission to change the way organizations connect, collaborate, and celebrate.
We’re a fast-growing, product-driven series B startup backed by top-tier investors and powered by a team of builders who are obsessed with making a real impact.
We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to take full ownership of a portfolio of our largest global clients and drive the next phase of their adoption and growth. This person will ensure our platform becomes deeply embedded in their workflows—leading to stronger partnerships, increased usage, and meaningful revenue expansion.
What You'll Do
- Own and grow enterprise accounts: Manage
10+ global enterprise clients ($100M GMV portfolio) and build strong relationships across procurement leaders and end users. - Drive adoption: Dive into each client’s workflows and ensure the platform is deeply used across teams, through user training and activation.
- Lead renewal and expansion: Identify growth opportunities both in the types of events & meetings we’re capturing in their programs, as well as platform features, by embedding us in their policies.
- Run high-impact meetings: Lead QBRs, present reporting and insights, and guide conversations on growth opportunities.
- Show up in person: Travel 1-3 times per month for onsite sessions, workshops, and relationship-building.
- Operate with ownership: Use creative, proactive tactics to drive account success
What You Bring
- Experience managing large enterprise accounts in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
- A track record of driving revenue outcomes: renewals, expansion, and penetration across large, complex organizations.
- Strong ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to procurement leaders, executives, and end users, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytic and presentation skills.
- A strong drive to succeed, and comfortable pushing the pace of action with customers and internal teams.
- Comfort with frequent travel and building relationships in person.
