What You’ll Do
As a Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the development and execution of marketing strategy and tactics targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs). Reporting to the Head of Marketing, as Product Manager you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Canadian commercial team in executing on the launch of a game-changing product in the anaphylaxis space. The ideal candidate will drive brand growth through measurable and innovative omnichannel initiatives by bringing a hands-on approach, creativity, collaboration and adaptability. This role demands strong collaboration, analytical and organizational skills.
- Plan and execute digital HCP journeys and omnichannel campaigns, leveraging insights to optimize engagement.
- Develop and adapt HCP-targeted sales and educational materials that align to the brand strategy and local regulations, in collaboration with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure proper implementation and continuous tracking of analytics and Key Performance Indicators in alignment with local and global commercial team objectives, leveraging analytics tools and collaborative workflows.
- Seek and manage feedback from sales, medical and public affairs colleagues to the materials, and act as the bridge between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Oversee and manage approval workflows for all HCP materials and campaigns, ensuring regulatory compliance and timeliness.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 2+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, in marketing and/or digital marketing.
- Digital marketing experience required, including confidence with related analytics tools.
- Experience with KOL engagement and HCP marketing experience a plus.
