Required Skill Set
- Production Support SRE Responsibilities Provide Level 2 production support for IBM OnDemand, IBM Content Manager, eSign, Box, and other enterprise applications.
- Perform deep dive root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent corrective actions.
- Document recurring issues, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
- Monitor system health and performance across Mainframe, AIX, Windows, and OCP platforms.
- Manage incident triage, escalation, and stakeholder communication during outages.
- Support Mainframe operatio ns including JCL execution, job scheduling, and batch troubleshooting.
- Administer AIX environments with scripting, performance tuning, and system maintenance.
- Manage Windows Server components including IIS, services, logs, and patching cycles.
- Troubleshoot OpenShift Kubernetes deployments, pods, logs, and YAML configurations.
- Technical Skills Mainframe JCL, job monitoring, batch cycles, scheduling tools (e.g., Control M)OnDemand IBM Content Manager OnDemand administration, archive management, indexing, ODWEK concepts AIX LPAR management, scripting (kshbash), filesystem management
- Windows Server admin, PowerShell knowledge, basic networking OCP (OpenShift) Container troubleshooting, pod log analysis, deployments, YAML basics DevOps CICD (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, etc.), Git, scripting (Shell Python)

Salary Range Format:
Base Salary Range: 90,000 CAD/Yr – 120,000 CAD/Yr
