About The Job In accordance with established vision and values of the organization and in accordance with the standards of professional practice, performs diagnostic ultrasound procedures/examinations and related duties working in collaboration with radiologists/cardiologists, physicians and other health care professionals.
The Medical Imaging Department consists of five Ultrasound Rooms and services offered include: Screening Mammography, Diagnostic Mammography, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, Radiography, Bone Densitometry, Fluoroscopy, and Nuclear Medicine. Generalist Sonographers at PRH work with GE and Philips equipment that was purchased in the last two years. Our team works closely with the Radiologist group for interventional work.
This is a Relief Part Time (0.50 FTE ) opportunity until the return of the incumbent. Shifts of work will be scheduled rotating days and evenings.
