EXPERIENCE
Desired Experience and Skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management. Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a major asset. Good practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (DEP/Vocational Diploma or equivalent skills), as well as maintenance of kitchen and refrigeration equipment. Ability to take initiative, be productive, and collaborate effectively with restaurant teams. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure smooth follow-ups with managers in both French and English. Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

You know how to stay calm and remain effective even when priorities shift suddenly or an emergency hits during a rush. You are meticulous in your work. Whether it’s screwing in a doorknob, cleaning up your area after a repair, or filling out your report, you take pride in a job well done. Since you will often be on the road (up to 80% of the time), you know how to manage your schedule responsibly, keep your appointments, and optimize your travel time.
