Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation: Elevate our practices, manage incentive plans, conduct job evaluations, and contribute to salary structures.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee health and life insurance programs, support renewals, and create engaging communications for our employees.
- Pension Plan Management: Ensure compliance and manage employee contributions seamlessly.
- Other Responsibilities: Prepare insightful salary reports, support compliance audits, and research enhancements to our benefits programs.
What You Bring:
- A university degree in Business, Human Resources, or Data Analytics (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in HR focused on compensation and benefits.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel; familiarity with Google Platform is a bonus.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is a must.
Competencies:
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective stress management and adaptability.
- A proactive approach to achieving goals.
Working Conditions:
- Enjoy a hybrid work environment with occasional travel.
- No direct reports, but plenty of opportunities for growth!
