Lot Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Lot Manager to join our team. This pivotal role ensures our inventory is well-maintained, vehicles are sale-ready, and operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and skilled in both supervision and collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive new inventory, complete inspections, and coordinate PDIs, MVIs, and accessory installations.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the detailing team to meet quality and performance standards.
- Schedule and oversee detailing, protection packages, and reconditioning work.
- Maintain lot organization, vehicle merchandising, and dealership cleanliness (including snow removal and facility upkeep).
- Coordinate with service to ensure vehicles are showroom-ready for photoshoots and sales.
- Photograph vehicles for online advertising and manage accurate online listings.
- Track inventory lifecycle from acquisition to sale to minimize turnaround time.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to streamline vehicle readiness.
- Oversee used vehicle reconditioning for timely retail readiness.
Requirements
- Proven leadership and team motivation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with photography, photo editing, and online inventory platforms (automotive photography is an asset).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Experience in dealership operations is an asset.
