We are seeking a Lead level"AI Engineer" for modernization of a legacy application using cutting-edge AI development tools and agent-based workflows such as Claude, Codex, and other AI-assisted engineering technologies. AI Engineer should have extensive full-stack experience so that he can build both backend and frontend using AI tools. An ultra-modern Enterprise UI design is what the client is looking at. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in AI-assisted software development or AI engineering. Proven experience leading, mentoring, and managing a team of developers in an Agile environment. Strong expertise with AI-assisted development tools and coding agents such as Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, and similar AI engineering platforms. Extensive full-stack development experience across modern frontend and backend technologies. Strong frontend engineering expertise with a focus on designing and developing modern, enterprise-grade UI/UX. Experience modernizing legacy enterprise applications and driving digital transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud-native applications, APIs, microservices, DevOps, CI/CD, and secure development practices. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
