-Role: Coding Experts (Remote) -Location: Global Remote -Type: Flexible Hourly Contractor | $25-50 USD/hr | Weekly PayPal/AirTM -Required: Polish + English proficiency required
Create training data and provide expert feedback to enhance coding model performance across Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, Swift, and Verilog.
Key Responsibilities:
Code Review & Ranking
- Analyse AI-generated solutions across multiple languages
- Rank accuracy, efficiency, and best practices against expert standards
- Identify edge cases, optimisation failures, and common pitfalls
Training Dataset Creation
- Write CS prompts and generate reference solutions
- Document reasoning, algorithms, and implementation choices
- Create evaluation datasets, teaching proper coding patterns
Bilingual Technical Documentation
- Provide detailed feedback explaining code issues and fixes
- Articulate complex concepts fluently in Polish + English
- Document optimisation techniques and problem-solving approaches
Required Skills & Qualifications
- CS Bachelor's degree or higher
- Expert in 2+ languages: Java/Python/JS/TS/C++/Swift/Verilog
- Native/Fluent Polish + Advanced English technical writing
- Competitive programming or code review experience
- Strong debugging and optimisation skills
