Your Role Your dedication to providing top-notch service and your eagerness to learn will be key in maintaining our high levels of customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our parts department. You will advise on parts availability, prices, substitutions and inventory levels. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining smooth operations within the parts and service departments, collaborating with service advisors and technicians to ensure we deliver an exceptional guest experience for every guest, every time.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales or other related customer service role
- Strong knowledge of automotive products and ability to match products with customer needs.
- Understand the importance of providing an exceptional customer experience to build lasting relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with no demerit points
