We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, organized, flexible and dependable individual to add to our dynamic team. Hours for this position will include evenings and Saturday. We are closed Saturday's in July and August and Saturday's of a long weekend.

Answering Phones

Facilitating patient inquiries with our doctors and departments within the office

Booking appointments

Arriving patients

Billing Insurances

Billing MSI (NS Health)

Taking payments

Answering Emails

Patient Recalls

Mail

Deposits
