CICD Pipeline Management

Design build and maintain CICD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline CodeBuild and CodeDeploy

Integrate GitHub repositories with AWS pipelines via GitHub Actions or AWS CodeStar Connections

Automate build test and deployment workflows across Dev QA Staging and Production environments

Manage branching strategies GitFlow trunkbased and enforce mergePR policies in GitHub

Infrastructure Cloud AWS

Provision and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation IaC

Administer core AWS services EC2 ECSEKS Lambda S3 RDS VPC IAM CloudWatch

Optimize cloud costs through rightsizing Reserved Instances and resource tagging strategies

Implement autoscaling policies and highavailability architecture across AWS regionsAZs

Source Control Collaboration

Administer GitHub Organizations manage repos teams branch protection rules and access controls

Enforce code quality gates via GitHub Actions linting SAST unit tests premerge

Maintain secrets management using GitHub Secrets AWS Secrets Manager or Parameter Store

Support developers with Git workflows conflict resolution and repo hygiene

Monitoring Logging Incident Response

Configure and maintain AWS CloudWatch dashboards alarms and log groups

Integrate observability tools Datadog Grafana PagerDuty with AWS and GitHub pipelines

Define and track SLOsSLAs lead RCA Root Cause Analysis for pipeline or infra failures

Implement ing and oncall runbooks for production incidents

Security Compliance

Implement leastprivilege IAM roles and policies across AWS services

Conduct regular audits of GitHub repo permissions and AWS security groups

Integrate SASTDAST tools Snyk OWASP SonarQube into the CICD pipeline

Ensure compliance with SOC 2 PCIDSS or internal security standards especially relevant in financial services environments

Containerization Orchestration

Build and manage Docker images publish to Amazon ECR

Deploy and manage containerized workloads on Amazon ECS or EKS Kubernetes

Maintain Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests stored and versioned in GitHub

Collaboration Documentation

Work closely with Development QA and Architecture teams on release planning and environment management

Maintain runbooks architecture diagrams and pipeline documentation in GitHub wikis or Confluence

Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming for DevOpsrelated stories

Benefits
Compensation range: $70.00 to $80.00 per hour
