Our client is seeking a motivated and ambitious Leasing Agent to join a dynamic commercial real estate team in Edmonton. This entry-level role offers direct mentorship from a senior broker with expertise across industrial, retail, office, land, and investment sales. It's an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in commercial real estate while gaining hands-on experience across multiple asset classes.
Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To
- Support leasing and sales efforts for a variety of commercial property types
- Conduct market research and compile property data for proposals and marketing materials
- Assist with property tours, client meetings, and transaction negotiations
- Manage listing updates, prospect outreach, and follow-up communications
- Maintain and update CRM systems and client databases
- Liaise with property owners, tenants, and investors to facilitate deals
- Contribute to financial analysis, lease documentation, and reporting
Your strengths include:
- Post-secondary education in business, real estate, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong interest in developing a career in commercial real estate
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an asset
- Valid Alberta Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Competitive spirit, resilience, and a willingness to "knock on doors" and build a client base
