About the role
We are currently looking for a Bilingual Terminal Manager for our Ottawa Terminal.
Job ID: OTTTM2026
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm
Salary: Salary will be based on experience
Workplace address: 1792 Queensdale Ave, Ottawa, ON

You will be required to:
- Lead, coach, and mentor your team, including supervisors
- Manage operating budgets, P&L, and performance KPIs
- Oversee daily dock operations and make adjustments across two terminal locations
- Drive scanning compliance for inbound and outbound shipments
- Ensure health & safety compliance across the team
- Cross-train staff to maintain full dock coverage
Do you fit the job profile?
- Bilingual French/English is a must
- Previous management experience in the Transportation or Courier industry
- Willingness to travel within Eastern Ontario
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Initiative, multitasking, and team-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, dispatch systems, and other relevant software
