About the role
Bullet is one of Ontario's leading industrial contractors, and we're expanding our welding team! We're looking for talented Welders who thrive on solving problems, take pride in their craft, and want to grow with us. This role is a combination of shop welding and fabrication, and field welding at our customer sites.
Please note, this is not to fill an existing vacancy. Our team is expanding to support a significant amount of new, immediate, and upcoming work.
The Role: Collaborate with the fabrication team to prepare items for site (e.g. handrails, guarding, platforms, stairs, racks, stainless steel pipe) Perform fitting and assembly to ensure components meet project specifications Assist the millwrights on site to complete a variety of welding tasks Perform other welding and fabrication tasks as needed What We Offer: Diverse Projects & Industries: From London to the GTA, we work across various sectors, taking on custom fabrication, installations, structural projects, and a variety of on-site welding tasks to support our Millwrights and project teams Hands-On Learning: Join a team of skilled Welders and Millwrights, ready to guide you through the next phase of your career. Plus, our 10,000sqft shop is perfect for honing your welding skills and mastering the trade Support & Growth: With over 15 years of Millwright and Fabrication expertise, we’re committed to your development.
