Evergreen School Division has the

following temporary teaching position available,

effective the 2026-2027 school year

(earlier start may be possible in Spring 2026).

Johnson Middle School

1.0 FTE* Term Gr. 4-6 Physical Education and Health

  • 0.5 FTE Term may be possible

Closing Date: May 8, 2026

Qualifications:

  • A valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate

Certification and/or experience in Physical

Education

  • Elementary teaching experience
  • Experience with a variety of learning needs

Familiarity

with Mamàhtawisiwin – Manitoba’s Indigenous Education Policy Framework

  • A willingness / ability to be involved in the extra-curricular life of

the school

  • Ability and desire to develop strong relationships with students and

staff

  • Knowledge and experience with direct and explicit instruction
