We are seeking a dynamic Analyst to join our Finance Change Management and Operations team. Reporting to the Manager, Finance Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Finance Transformation initiatives. This includes the implementation of a new Finance ERP system and the modernization of our processes and finance technology ecosystem. This role offers the opportunity to work across the entire Finance function and gain exposure to various aspects of the team.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:
Supporting the execution of finance transformation and improvement initiatives to unlock capacity, automate and/ or eliminate non-value-added activities, and challenge the status quo to achieve process efficiency and effectiveness.

Supporting project delivery through finance process and data analysis, design thinking and presentation material development.

Capturing and communicating requirements at multiple levels of granularity.

Leading small and medium projects/workstreams from end-to-end using project management best practices.

Ensuring that any issues that arise are tracked, reported, escalated when needed, and resolved in a timely manner.

Acting as a strategic partner to the Finance team & extended ecosystem to support the adoption of best-practice processes.

To succeed in this role, you have:
Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Strategy or equivalent experience and qualifications; CPA or PMP is considered an asset.

3-5 years of progressive experience in transformation, process improvement and/or management consulting with knowledge of the finance function or real estate industry.

Experience in large-scale process improvement and technology implementations and a project-based environment.

Intellectual curiosity in business processes to challenge established thinking and help generate new ideas and approaches to solving problems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and develop relationships at all levels.

Exceptionally organized and meticulous, with a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

A growth mindset, an eagerness to learn, and a passion for driving meaningful change.

Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Excellent PowerPoint, storyboarding and visualization skills.
