Opportunity:

Are you detail-oriented, client-focused, and passionate about helping people protect what matters most? Millennium Insurance is looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Renewal Agent to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage existing policies coming up for renewal, ensuring clients receive the best coverage for their evolving needs.

What you will be doing:

• Proactively review personal insurance policies up for renewal.
• Communicate with clients to confirm current coverage, identify changes in risk, and make recommendations.
• Highlight any red flags or gaps and provide solutions to ensure proper protection.
• Prepare renewal documentation and process endorsements accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of client interactions and policy updates.
• Stay up to date on underwriting rules, insurance products, and market trends.
• Educate clients about the renewal and claims process, advocating for their best interests.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales, referral, and retention goals.

What you bring to the team:

• Alberta Insurance Council Level 2 General License.
• Minimum 2 years of personal lines insurance experience (renewals experience is a strong asset).
• Solid knowledge of personal insurance products, underwriting rules, and coverages.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a client-first mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based programs.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Retain and grow client relationships.
• Confidently manage complex renewal files.
• Deliver accurate, front-line underwriting decisions.
