Your future duties and responsibilities

• Develop and oversee regulatory reports, data sources, and data models using the AxiomSL platform.
• Translate functional specifications into technical implementations for Axiom solutions.
• Ensure accurate data sourcing and integration into the Axiom platform for reporting.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, reporting logic discrepancies, and Axiom configuration problems.
• Maintain Axiom solutions in alignment with evolving regulatory requirements and business needs.
• Collaborate with business analysts, compliance teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Engage in project meetings, user acceptance testing, and documentation related to Axiom development.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Axiom development, focusing primarily on versions 9 or 10, within a large enterprise or consulting environment.
• Expertise in leading the design, development, and implementation of Axiom platform solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Proficient programming skills in SQL.
• Essential experience of 4 to 5 years in reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).
• Ability to quickly ramp up and work independently with minimal guidance (mandatory).
• Competence in analyzing and troubleshooting issues.
