Web Analytics Lead will play a key role within the Web Data Enablement and Analytics Reporting Team, providing leadership to drive data informed decision-making for our website and mobile app. Leveraging deep expertise in Adobe Analytics, this role will manage platform configurations, ensure data accuracy, and develop robust web analytics strategies. The Lead will mentor junior analysts and act as a key liaison across Product, Marketing, UX, and IT teams, translating business requirements into actionable web data solutions that enhance user experience and drive online business growth. This role also involves conducting in-depth clickstream data analysis and collaborating with data engineering and other analytics teams to deliver enterprise-level dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute web analytics strategy aligned with business goals, leading initiatives to enhance Adobe Analytics capabilities. Serve as a subject matter expert in Adobe Analytics, advising stakeholders on best practices and guiding them in creating self-serve reporting solutions. Collaborate with E-Commerce, Marketing, and IT teams to collect and translate business requirements into web data enablement in Adobe and actionable reporting solutions. Build and maintain scalable dashboards integrating Adobe Analytics and other data sources to deliver actionable insights on website performance and user behavior. Evaluate the impact of website user experience updates and marketing campaigns on KPIs such as TOF/BOF metrics, conversion rates, and user engagement, offering optimization recommendations. Define, monitor, and report on e-commerce KPIs (e.g., funnel performance) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Ensure data accuracy and platform performance by maintaining Adobe Analytics configurations and aligning data tracking with business needs and reporting requirements. Conduct in-depth clickstream data analysis, curate raw data for reporting, and collaborate with Data Engineering for seamless warehouse integrations.

Skills
University Degree in analytics, BI, computer science, business, engineering or a related field 3+ years of progressive experience in digital analytics & reporting, with strong expertise in Adobe Analytics. Proficiency in digital analytics implementation, data analysis, and optimization to optimize user experience and conversion rates. Familiarity with SQL, GCP, and visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker is a plus. Strong analytical skills to assess sales impact, correlate data with customer touchpoints, and propose actionable improvements.
