Shift: Monday to Friday: 4:00pm to 7:00pm (15 hours/week)
Starting Pay Rate: $21.56/hour
Location: 133 Jameson Drive, Peterborough, ON, K9J 6X6
##Description
The Operations Support Representative collects, enters, and tracks data used in reporting and prepares manager reports and maintains documents to ensure document accuracy and proper completion. The representative troubleshoots and maintains handheld package scanners and related inventory / equipment to ensure continuous operation.
##Responsibilities
- Responsible for truck keys
- FMR data entry and data entry of all delivery sheet failed in reports
- Call center interaction and service reports
- Downloading scanners through the cradles
- Comparing summary reports and quality reports
- Assisting drivers with supply requests
- Scanner control maintenance
- COS WB reconciliation
- Filing and communication card audits
- Notifying OH of freight deliveries via email
- Fuel receipt collection
- Send our SNR stickers
- Other duties as assigned
###Experience
3 months experience working with computers / technology (e.g., word processors, document management systems, scanners, etc.)
3 months experience troubleshooting for scanners and printers

**Language Requirement:**Proficiency in English is required for this position due to the frequent communications that must be conducted in English with various stakeholders. This requirement is justified by the nature of the responsibilities and operational needs.
