About the role

The Opportunity.

This is a role on Isaac's AI Team, sitting within the Technology function alongside the AI Lead. The role owns the day-to-day program with real independence: running initiatives end-to-end, delivering training, driving adoption, and acting as the first point of contact for AI questions from across the business. Beyond execution, this person is expected to spot patterns across the program, recommend improvements to how things run, and take on light mentoring of more junior team members as the function grows. Genuine enthusiasm for AI and its trajectory, with a drive to experiment hands-on with emerging tools and push what's possible rather than settling for the obvious application.

What You'll Do.

Initiative management

Own end-to-end tracking and prioritisation of AI initiatives across Isaac's five delivery pipelines, with latitude to resequence work as priorities shift Keep the initiative board current, spot patterns behind recurring delays, and propose fixes to how the pipelines run Triage incoming requests from the business, assign owners and priority, and push back on scope where needed Resolve day-to-day blockers independently and bring the AI Lead only decisions that need their input

Education and training delivery

Own the AI 101 curriculum end-to-end, including deciding what gets added as new use cases emerge Design and deliver more advanced training as adoption matures, including token-efficiency and workflow-specific content Manage the weekly AI Newsletter, including editorial judgment on what's worth surfacing to the business Lead the skills audit analysis and shape the training roadmap jointly with the AI Lead and L&D team, rather than just feeding data into it

Adoption and engagement

Lead the AI adoption campaign: run review days, build AI champions content, produce how-to guides for front-office activities Diagnose why specific teams are underusing the tools and design a tailored plan to get them moving, not just a generic starting point Build direct working relationships with sector leads and Head Office departments and represent the AI Team in those conversations

Tool and vendor support

Own the repository of approved AI tools and best practices, including deciding when it needs restructuring Lead the ongoing market scan: evaluate new tools against Isaac's needs and make a recommendation, not just a summary Own tool onboarding end-to-end: write access guides, communicate changes to staff, keep the inventory current Act as the go-to person for tool questions and use judgment on when to escalate versus decide directly

Triage and governance operations

Run the incoming triage process for AI requests, apply and interpret the current policy in ambiguous cases, and communicate outcomes Own financial tracking for the AI initiative and prepare a first draft of Steering Group reporting for the AI Lead's review

Diagnostic and data support

Lead day-in-the-life studies and the AI skills audit: design the approach, collect and organize data, and turn findings into recommendations Advise project teams applying AI on active client work within Isaac's data policy, including flagging edge cases the policy doesn't clearly cover

What You Bring

University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business or related discipline 3–5 years of experience in a coordination, program/project management, operations, or similar execution-focused role, ideally including some experience shaping how a program runs rather than only running it Regular, confident use of everyday AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) with a track record of helping others adopt them in a business setting Skilled at working with data in spreadsheets, including organizing, cleaning, and drawing conclusions from information across multiple sources Strong written communication skills and experience producing guides, newsletters, and training materials that land with a non-technical audience Experience building clear, persuasive slide decks (PowerPoint or similar), including decks used to influence a decision Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating with limited day-to-day oversight Confident presenting to, influencing, and occasionally pushing back on senior stakeholders Some experience mentoring, training, or informally guiding more junior colleagues is a plus

About Isaac Operations

Professional Services
51-200
Founded in 2003

Isaac Operations Limited (formerly Newton North America) works hands-on with organizations in North America and around the world to help them get more out of their operational processes and supply chains. Our people are talented engineers, not management consultants, so we're able to identify issues that limit cost, delivery and quality performance, and then implement practical solutions that rapidly generate measurable, sustainable financial returns – from the ground up.

From our roots in manufacturing, Isaac applies a unique engineering-based approach across a wide range of industry sectors, working in areas as diverse as aerospace, automotive, defence, food & drink and healthcare.

With a track record of delivering 10-50% operational improvement in two to six months without any capital expenditure, we are paid on our performance, not the number of reports we generate.

Isaac is the intelligent way to unlock the potential within your business.
