Maintenance Lead

In the role of Maintenance Lead working in Fort Worth, TX, you will be

part of the Packaging Operations team. You will provide leadership to support the optimal performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of plant assets, equipment, and processes.

In this role, you will lead plant maintenance activities and support both

electrical and mechanical operations while fostering a high-performing team culture. You will champion continuous improvement initiatives, drive effective change management, and support operational excellence efforts that enhance equipment reliability, productivity, quality, and safety. You will also contribute to the site leadership team by helping develop short-term operational priorities while supporting long-term strategic objectives for the brewery.

This position reports to the Manager, Asset Care and works closely with

Line Leads, Process Leads, Skilled Trades, and Operators.

What You'll Be Brewing

• Actively participate in Line Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings and support execution of the daily operating plan, including reporting on the previous 24 hours' performance, project progress, maintenance activities, equipment breakdowns, and preventive maintenance completion.
• Support the development and execution of Line DDS programs, loss-elimination initiatives, reliability improvement plans, and annual maintenance strategies.
• Own the Maintenance Planning and Scheduling process, including coordinating maintenance work, prioritizing resources, scheduling planned maintenance activities, and ensuring maintenance documentation remains current and accurate.
• Lead equipment reliability and breakdown elimination efforts, driving improvements in planned and unplanned downtime performance while delivering key operational performance targets.
• Serve as a coach, mentor, and technical resource for line teams, actively supporting DDS processes and maintenance execution plans.
• Act as a key liaison between Operations and Asset Care teams to ensure alignment on priorities, equipment performance, and maintenance activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and equipment performance through data analysis, root cause problem solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the development of maintenance capabilities and assist in building a culture of ownership, accountability, and operational excellence.

Key Ingredients

• Demonstrated success in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment, with ability to achieve desired operational and business results.

• Proven ability to lead operational excellence, reliability, continuous improvement, and asset performance initiatives that drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, productivity, cost, and equipment reliability.

• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.

• Ability to effectively coach, develop, and motivate teams while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

• Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated history of achieving challenging objectives and delivering on commitments.

• Commitment to achieving results while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and operational performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Plant Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in maintenance, asset care, reliability engineering, and maintenance planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment while executing complex initiatives aligned with business objectives.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build partnerships and work cross-functionally to achieve desired outcomes.

• Demonstrated accountability for results through integrity, ownership, and consistent follow-through on commitments.

Pay and Benefits

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $83,200.00 - $109,200.00 (posting salary range) + **10 % **target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).

The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe
