What to Expect:
You will analyse consumer engagement across Nespresso’s B2B and B2C websites, using analytics tools to uncover key insights and trends. You'll develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to support strategic decisions and highlight market, competitor, and digital performance.
A day in the life:
Own eCommerce customer insights and online user journey analyses
- Develop and manage daily forecasts for visits and conversions.
- Analyse and optimize the conversion funnel by product category (capsules, machines, accessories), identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements to increase conversion rates.
- Leverage CRM data to build a strong understanding of eCommerce customer profiles and behaviours.
Oversee sales data and define key performance indicators to support managers
- Lead weekly sales performance updates for the eCommerce team, with a focus on the B2B platform.
- Identify high-impact analysis opportunities through a deep understanding of the Nespresso business and market dynamics.
- Create tailored dashboards and reports to empower teams across the organization with relevant data and insights.
Master and optimize data management and technology integration
- Ensure data quality and integrity across all digital analytics tools and platforms.
- Master and maintain proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Snowflake, Power BI, and Adobe Experience Platform, staying up to date on new features and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate eCommerce data with other internal data sources.
Role Requirements

Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market

Degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Business, Economics, Finance, etc) required.

7 years of experience as a digital analyst, working with web/mobile analytics, metrics gathering, reporting and analysis.

Expert knowledge of Google Analytics 4

Expert knowledge of Power Bi

Advanced knowledge with session recording tools, Glass box an asset

Advanced knowledge A/B testing tools, including Adobe Target
-
Experience working with digital marketing media data – DCM, AdWords, Facebook, etc.

Knowledge of SQL is an asset

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated communication and presenting skills (verbal and written)
