About the role
Your Opportunity:
This role provides administrative support for the Hub Lab South Director and Department Managers managing calendars to coordinate meetings and events, prepare and disseminate required documents to support operational meetings and events, compose, edit, and format documents reports and correspondence, gather, compile and format data and information to support operations, process payroll transactions and resolve discrepancies, manage schedules and other duties as required. The successful candidate will work closely with and report directly to the Hub Lab South Director and work collaboratively with Department Managers and other site operations administrative support staff.

As an Administrative Support IV, you will performed advanced administrative or specialized tasks to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant).
Additional Required Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing calendars and schedules. Experience composing meeting agendas and documenting meeting minutes. Experience with ePeople timekeeping and/or RMS functionality.
