About the role

Description

As our Sales Operations Lead - Canada, you will play a key role in shaping the future of sales excellence at Dye & Durham. Reporting to the Director, Revenue Operations, you’ll lead the ongoing evolution of our sales processes, systems, and reporting - helping our teams work smarter, move faster, and deliver outstanding results.

You’ll bring curiosity, strategic thinking, and a collaborative spirit to everything you do. This is a high-impact role suited to someone who loves problem-solving, thrives on continuous improvement, and takes pride in driving measurable, meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Process Optimisation: Design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes that drive efficiency, accuracy & growth. From lead generation to churn reduction, you’ll help our Canadian Sales teams focus on what matters most – our customers.

Data & Insights: Develop and manage KPIs, dashboards, and reporting that empower leaders with actionable insights. You’ll spot trends, share learnings, and help guide strategic decisions.

Empowering Teams with Tools: Partner with global colleagues to refine and manage sales systems (especially Salesforce). Ensure data integrity and consistency while making our tools work harder and smarter for everyone.

Reporting & Analytics: Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), reports and dashboards that track sales performance. Proactively identify and report on trends and providing actionable insights and recommendations to sales and business leaders.

Collaboration: Build strong relationships across sales, marketing, finance, and other teams. You’ll be a trusted connector who aligns people, systems, and goals

Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead data-driven initiatives that enhance performance, inspire innovation, and promote best practices in sales operations.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 3-5 years in sales operations, marketing operations, or related roles (ideally in SaaS or B2B environments)
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and sales methodologies
  • Expert-level proficiency in CRM systems - Salesforce experience is highly valued
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful action
  • Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments where collaboration drives success
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—able to influence and inspire stakeholders
  • A proactive mindset, with the resilience and curiosity to learn, grow, and challenge the status quo
