Master Flo Valve Inc. is currently seeking a full-time permanent Junior or Intermediate Quality Control Inspector to work with our team in Edmonton, AB.

Work Conditions:
- Day or afternoon shift available.
- Work is primarily performed indoors.
Responsibilities:
- Perform inspection of incoming parts in accordance with relevant purchasing, engineering, and quality requirements as directed by the Quality Control Supervisor.
- Inspect welding components while recording all relevant information as per Purchase/Work order.
- Review MTR, NDE, coating, heat treatment, and other documentation as per relevant requirements.
- Identification, recording, and processing of non-conformances.
- Perform hardness testing as required.
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to Safety requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager and/or Quality Control Supervisor
Qualifications:

Less than 5 years of machine shop inspection and / or quality control inspection experience

Working knowledge of technical drawing / blueprint reading is required

Post Secondary Engineering Technical Qualification (Technical College/ University) is an asset

Knowledge and experience with SAP operating system an asset.

Oil and Gas equipment manufacturing experience is an asset.

Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to maintain deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
