We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA EAM & SCM Functional Lead with 12–16 years of SAP experience to lead Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) workstreams for large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs within the Utilities sector. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP S/4HANA EAM and SCM modules, including PM, MM, Procurement, Inventory, and EWM. Define and optimize business processes across Maintenance, Work Management, Materials Management, and Supply Chain. Lead blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, deployment, and go-live activities. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and SMEs to deliver scalable SAP solutions. Ensure seamless integration with Finance, Procurement, Field Service, GIS, and Operations. Drive continuous improvement by leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities, Fiori, predictive maintenance, and analytics. Required Skills & Experience 12–16 years of SAP functional experience with strong expertise in SAP PM, MM, EAM, and SCM. Proven experience leading multiple SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, preferably within the Utilities industry. Strong understanding of maintenance, asset management, procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience across Generation, Transmission, Distribution, or Water/Wastewater utilities is highly preferred. Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. SAP S/4HANA certification(s) preferred.
