Job Description En tant que Coordinateur de projet, vous serez responsable de coordonner les activités du projet afin de garantir que celui-ci respecte le calendrier. Vous fournirez un soutien administratif et logistique, incluant l’organisation de réunions, le suivi de l'avancement et la gestion documentaire. Vous travaillerez de façon autonome dans le cadre des procédures établies liées à cette fonction.
Responsabilités
- Soutenir l’équipe de projet en coordonnant, participant et gérant la documentation de gestion de projet.
- Maintenir le suivi des actions à entreprendre afin d’assurer les réponses et leur exécution.
- Aider à l’élaboration, à la planification et à l’animation des réunions : préparer l’agenda, distribuer les documents.
- Surveiller les aspects de l’exécution du projet pour garantir que les membres de l’équipe contribuent dans les délais.
- Identifier les éventuels goulots d’étranglement dans les processus et collaborer avec la direction afin de résoudre les problèmes.
- Préparer des rapports d’avancement.
- Assurer la liaison avec le personnel et les gestionnaires lors des activités du projet.
- Assumer des tâches accessoires en gestion de projet incluant la planification, la recherche, l’analyse et la mise en œuvre des livrables et actions.
- Agir comme chef d’équipe sur des petits projets.
Qualifications
- Diplôme d’études collégiales (équivalent à Associates) requis ; baccalauréat souhaité.
- 1 an d’expérience minimale requis, 2 ans préférés, en gestion de projet.
- Aptitudes interpersonnelles, en gestion de conflits et en négociation.
- Compétences en résolution de problèmes et capacité à analyser les flux de travail/processus.
- Habileté à effectuer des recherches sur des sujets liés au projet.
- Capacité à prioriser efficacement et à exécuter les tâches.
- Solides compétences en communication écrite et orale.
- Fortes compétences informatiques.
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities to ensure the project is on schedule. You will provide administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and documentation. You will work independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
Responsibilities
- Support projects team by coordinating, participating, and managing project management documentation.
- Maintain action item tracking to ensure reply and action.
- Assist with development, planning, and execution of meeting agendas and distributes materials.
- Monitor project execution aspects to ensure timely contribution by team members.
- Assist with identifying potential bottlenecks in processes and works with management team members to resolve issues.
- Prepares progress reports.
- Liaises with personnel and managers when performing project activities.
- Performs incidental project management including planning, research, analysis and implementation of deliverables and action items.
- Acts as a team lead on small projects.
Qualifications
- Associates’ Degree required; Bachelors’ Degree preferred
- 1 year required, 2 years preferred of direct work in project management capacity
- Interpersonal, conflict management, and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze workflow/processes
- Adept at conducting research into project-related issues
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
Compensation Details: $23.85 - $29.81 Per Hour
This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
For eligible positions, compensation may also include participation in a bonus or sales compensation plan paid according to achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package.
