We’re hiring a Powersports Sales Manager to lead a driven sales team, elevate the customer experience, and help grow one of Western Canada’s top powersports operations.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the powersports sales and marketing strategy in alignment with financial and operational goals.
  • Maintain and optimize inventory controls, pricing strategies, and department financial performance.
  • Monitor monthly performance and ensure market shar exceeds MMS BRP national averages.
  • Lead your team in delivering a consistent, 5-star client experience across all touchpoints.
  • Strengthen digital and in-store lead management, CRM usage, and follow-up execution.
  • Represent the brand at key industry events and grassroots activities.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, goal setting, and structured performance reviews.
  • Support sales staff in closing deals while maintaining strong margins.
  • Build a long-term staffing and development plan for continued department growth.
  • Ensure you team has the training and tools needed to succeed.
  • Maintain current knowledge of used powersports valuations and share insights.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales management experience, ideally in a dealership or similar environment.
  • Powersports or Motorcycle experience is required.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience an asset).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to drive team performance through effective training, goal setting, and accountability.
  • A passion for the Powersports industry.
