• Track deadlines, requirements, and ensure timely reporting

• Build and steward relationships with funders, grant officers and government officials to support funding and partnership opportunities

• Manage donor database and track engagement, stewardship, and giving trends

• Develop and implement donor stewardship plans, including thank-you campaigns and impact communications

• Identify and cultivate relationships with major donors and corporate sponsors in collaboration with the Executive Director, including attending meetings and facilitating introductions

• Lead sponsorship outreach and recognition for fundraising events and campaigns

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a gift for storytelling and relationship building

• Experience managing donor databases like Sumac and tracking fundraising activities

• A creative, organized, and proactive approach to fundraising

• Comfort working independently while collaborating with a small, passionate team

• A deep belief in WCK’s mission and the power of community support

•Up-to-date immunizations

•A clear vulnerable sector Criminal Record Check

Compensation and details:

• This position is 32 hours/week

• 12 month contract with the possibility of an extension

• Salary range is $50,000 - $55,000/year
