About the role

About the Role We’re looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join a dynamic, client-focused Customer Success team. In this role, you'll help customers maximize the value of a B2B SaaS platform by driving adoption, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring long-term success. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance, identifying growth opportunities, and acting as the voice of the customer internally.

What You'll Do Build, manage, and grow relationships with key client stakeholders Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and operational review meetings Identify opportunities to improve platform adoption and customer outcomes Monitor customer health and proactively identify potential risks Develop long-term success strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention Track customer activity and operational performance Analyze customer data, KPIs, and reports to support strategic decision-making Serve as a strategic and functional advisor to clients Resolve customer issues proactively and coordinate with internal teams when needed Collaborate with Product teams to share customer feedback and influence product improvements Partner with global Customer Success teams to share best practices and improve customer experience

What We're Looking For Experience in Customer Success, Client Relationship Management, Account Management, or Consulting within a B2B SaaS environment Strong French & English Proficiency Experience managing small to mid-sized customer accounts Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable leading customer video meetings with camera enabled Excellent project management and organizational skills Experience planning and delivering Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve business outcomes Strong analytical skills with experience using data, reports, and KPIs to guide decisions
