Tasks The Material Service Center Coordinator is responsible for:
- Coordinate the end-to-end procurement process, from RFQ and PO issuance to material receipt and correct invoicing
- Ensure purchase orders are created accurately, deliveries are monitored, and materials are received and invoiced in line with operational timelines
- Generate and review daily procurement status reports to identify open orders, potential delays, and upcoming delivery priorities
- Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules
- Ensure procurement activities adhere to LTCA guidelines, regulatory requirements, and contractual terms
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain Center (SCC), including the development of work instructions and more efficient workflows
- Participate in other duties as assigned

Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:
- High school deploma/GED required
- College degree/Vocational training (Supply Chain, Logistics, or ralated field) required
- 1–3 years of experience in a supply chain, procurement, or logistics role, ideally within an MRP-based manufacturing environment required
- Fluency in English language required
- French language desirable
- MRP-based manufacturing required
- Procurement & vendor coordination required
- MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) as user
- ERP/MRP systems as user
- Willingness to travel
- Regular movement throughout the facility
- Occasional lifting or moving boxes up to 20 lbs
- Exposure to moderate noise typical of maintenance and logistics areas
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must possess a legal work permit in Canada
- CV/Resume & Cover Letter required
- Company may provide relocation assistance
