IPG works in the contiguous 48 states, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico handling a variety of claims including, but not limited to auto physical damage, inland marine cargo, dealers' open lot, property damage (commercial and homeowners) and general liability. Our corporate office is located in St. Louis, MO, however we offer flexibility, and most employees work remotely across all areas in the United States.

The Multi-Line Supervisor will oversee both liability and property adjusters, ensuring high-quality claim handling, adherence to client guidelines, and efficient operations. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in multi-line adjusting, and the ability to foster collaboration between adjusters, clients, and internal teams.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed QA reviews and approve adjusters’ reports to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with client standards

  • Provide regular communication, guidance, and technical support to adjusters regarding claim handling procedures

  • Address questions, resolve concerns, and provide insight to improve performance and consistency

  • Review incoming loss assignments and allocate them to appropriate adjusters based on expertise, workload, and client requirements

  • Collaborate with clients to clarify claim handling instructions and expectations

  • Ensure client expectations are consistently met by the adjusting team

  • Review adjusters’ timecard entries to ensure compliance with client billing guidelines

  • Prepare and finalize invoices for client submission

  • Continuously evaluate report templates, workflows, and adjusting processes for efficiency and effectiveness

  • Stay current with market trends and best practices to enhance claim handling operations

  • Participate in regular meetings with the operations team and other supervisors to address challenges, share insights, and engage in proactive planning

  • Assist the business development team by providing client information, identifying main points of contact, and sharing knowledge of client intricacies and expectations

  • Attend marketing events when practical to support relationship-building and growth efforts

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a multi-line adjuster or similar
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Xactimate and XactAnalysis experience strongly preferred

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Desire and willingness to work with strong property adjusting team
  • Ability to multi-task and handle high volume of concurrent tasks

Environment/Working Conditions:

  • Dynamic environment with tight deadlines, number and changing priorities

  • Location: Remote work from home, but may require some travel
