The Opportunity As our Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be the first impression of Pier 4, creating a welcoming and professional experience for visitors, clients and team members. You will play a key role in maintaining seamless front desk operations while providing administrative support across the office. What You'll Do Front Desk & Customer Experience Greet and welcome visitors, clients and team members Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly Maintain a clean, organized and professional reception area Office Coordination & Support Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars where required
