Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Associate Product Manager, Trauma (18-Month Fixed-Term Contract) to join our MedTech Orthopaedics (JJMTO) team supporting our Trauma business. This position is located at our Markham, Ontario, Canada office location.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Strategically assessing marketing and promotional plans to ensure product launch excellence with timely execution including capital and event planning.
- Coordinate development of market assessments for our products, technologies and solutions in collaboration with the Health Economic Market Access team and Medical Affairs.
- Understand and uncover customer and patient insights to drive relevant and actionable strategic plans through customer engagement events.
- Developing and implementing core brand strategies (4P’s of Marketing) with franchise alignment
- Supporting annual marketing, strategic & business planning.
- Co-leading development of RFP marketing strategies and support submissions.
- Lead partnership and coordination with internal collaborators, including marketing, sales, regulatory, finance, supply chain, demand planning, HCC, professional education, commercial education, and strategic marketing teams to effectively execute against plan.
Qualifications/Requirements Education:
- A university degree is required. An MBA is an asset.
Experience And Skills
- Minimum of 4-5 years relevant business experience (i.e, marketing, sales, and/or business development) is required.
- Orthopaedic industry experience in the Canadian Healthcare environment is required.
- Hybrid in-office at our Markham, Ontario campus is required.
Other
- Bilingual French & English is an asset.
- Strong collaboration and teaming skills with a variety of different cross-functional areas, and ability to influence multiple team members.
- Ability to be proactive and self-directed and able to lead multiple projects, prioritize tasks, provide creative solutions to complexity, implement those solutions efficiently and effectively with a high degree of organization and follow through.
- Outstanding communication skills (written) and be comfortable presenting (verbal) in front of small and large groups.
- Up to 20% business travel may be required.
- This position is an 18-Month Fixed-Term Contract.
