About the role

We are seeking a talented, energetic students to join the Product Management team in our Milton Office location as Product Management Co-Op. Duration for this role would be for 4 months (September 2026 – December 2026). This position is fully onsite role.

What you will be doing

You will support the Residential Product Manager in researching market trends, analyzing customer feedback, and contributing to product strategy and initiatives. Conduct market research and competitive analysis for insulation products by application Support product lifecycle management activities and assist with flagging potential issues Analize customer feedback and identify possible improvements or opportunities within the market or product line Prepare presentations, reports and product briefs for internal stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product initiatives Support strategy and product initiatives Maintain accurate product information within the Product Price List system and ensure timely updates across internal and external platforms At the end of your assignment, you will have the opportunity to share information about your experience with other students and with ROCKWOOL management.

What you bring

Currently enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program (Business, Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, or related field) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills A proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, share ideas, and take initiative Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a team environment What we offer: Competitive Pay Paid Holidays during assignment Campus Connection Program Vacation accrual The hourly pay rate for this position is between the range $21-$25. Compensation is determined based on the student’s academic program, year of study, relevant work experience, job responsibilities, and work location.
