About the role

Account Executive – Ottawa (Part-Time)

Ottawa, ON | 20–25 hours/week

Our client empowers Educators by providing supply and permanent staffing solutions to the childcare industry.

The Role

We’re hiring a Part-Time Account Executive to grow our presence in Ottawa. You’ll prospect childcare centres, build trusted relationships, present staffing solutions, and close new business. This is a relationship-driven sales role with occasional in-person visits and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new childcare centre partnerships
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings and presentations
  • Close new business and support onboarding
  • Represent the organization at local events and networking opportunities
  • Maintain CRM updates and weekly activity reports

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of sales or business development experience
  • Childcare, staffing, or education experience an asset
  • RECE designation is a plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check

Details

  • Hours: 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (20–25 hours per week)
  • Benefits: Health & Dental, HCSA, EFAP
  • Time Off: 2 weeks’ vacation + 8 wellness days
