Starting Wage Range: $25 - $26 per hour. This is the starting base range for this role and may vary based on internal equity, and a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Position Summary
The Administrator, Marketing supports the Data Marketing & Creative Services team by handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Tourism Whistler ambassador, living our purpose and vision with passion and energy, achievement and respect
- Supports the execution of promotional programs, including assisting in aspects of prize fulfilment, coordination of travel itineraries, and delivery of relevant prize items
- Assists with upload and coordination of photos and videos within the digital asset library
- Organize and maintain marketing files, documents, and databases
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Supports with monthly purchase orders and budget reconciliation
- Other tasks as requested by the Senior Manager, Data Marketing & Creative Services
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Passion and knowledge of Whistler, mountain resorts and the tourism industry
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in marketing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing skills
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office
