Full‑time position, 40h/week, Monday to Friday, on‑site
Annual salary between $85,000 and $95,000
YOUR MISSION, SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT…
- Collaborate, coordinate, and manage suppliers and third parties
- Carry out construction‑related projects (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
- Maintain production areas and rooms
- Assist with the upkeep of common areas
- Work closely with the Director of Facilities and participate in maintenance and construction projects
- Ensure that the cleaning of equipment, tools, and work surfaces complies with policies and regulations
- Physically receive all goods (except cannabis)
- Participate in various projects assigned by the Director of Facilities
- Take an active role in team meetings
- Work closely with colleagues from other departments
- Keep your knowledge up to date in maintenance practices
- Comply with Health Canada guidelines, internal policies, and occupational health and safety regulations
WHAT MAKES YOU OUR CHAMPION…
- DEP in a construction trade or industrial maintenance
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance, repair, or construction
- Valid ASP Construction card
- Knowledge of Health Canada regulations regarding cannabis cultivation (asset)
- Spoken French/English bilingualism (asset)
- Good physical condition (standing, crouching, sitting work)
- Good judgment and autonomy
- Strong coordination and manual skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with various stakeholders
MASTER OF JOB SITES & PROJECT GURU…
Under the supervision of the Director of Facilities and Infrastructure, the Foreman is responsible for coordinating and executing the company’s internal construction projects, overseeing subcontractors, planning project logistics, and actively participating in the manual and technical work required. The role involves collaborating with external suppliers and contributing to various projects related to facilities and buildings.
This position does not include any supervisory or personnel management responsibilities.

Rooted in ancestral agricultural methods, Origine Nature is dedicated to producing cannabis plants grown, processed, and distributed in Quebec. Our company promotes a traditional cultivation approach supported by state‑of‑the‑art facilities to ensure superior yield and quality. Operating since May 2017, our production plant is located in Sainte‑Agathe‑des‑Monts in the Laurentians and employs over 100 people.
