ABOUT THE TEAM
The Advisor, Private Markets Solutions Delivery plays a key role in the Private Markets agile team to maximize the value delivered by the Technology, Data and Operations’ (TDO) group. The Private Markets Advisor collaborates with various clients (business partners) delivering on Private Markets Asset Classes and Operations areas such as Natural Resources, Investment Finance, Real Estate and Private Risk.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As an Advisor, Private Markets Solutions Delivery, you’ll:
- Provide Guidance and Technical Support to team members on analytical tools and best practices
- Analyze and influence business partner needs, lead requirements analysis, validation, and verification
- Design and deliver reliable, scalable visualization and reporting solutions using tools such as Snowflake and Power BI
- Collaborate with the delivery team to develop and maintain optimized data models that support performance analysis and insight generation
- Supervise daily operational tasks (support and maintenance, incident/problem resolution, operational requests) ensuring alignment with business needs and the company’s vision
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in designing and developing analytical solutions or dashboards
- Proven experience in implementing end-to-end analytical solutions
- Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, report optimization)
- Experience with Snowflake, and data analysis
- Knowledge of the investment domain, particularly private markets, is an asset
- Knowledge of CI/CD/CT pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Experience with identity and access services (Azure AD) and version control tools
- Excellent communications skills, both written and spoken (bilingualism French and English)
- Bilingual in English and French (Frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our Hong Kong, London, and New York offices, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montréal and Ottawa)
