Compensation: $4000 - $5000 CAD

We are now looking to build a strong creator ecosystem, bringing together beauty creators who love our products and want to grow with the brand.

We are hiring aCommunity & Affiliate Managerto help us build and manage a thriving creator community around the products.

Our goal is to grow and nurture acore group of highly engaged beauty creatorsinside our Discord community who feel connected to the brand, our team, and our products.

This role is partcommunity manager, part affiliate manager, and part creator success lead.

You will focus on recruiting creators, building genuine relationships, supporting them with content and campaigns, and managing them end-to-end through the affiliate and creator program.

The ideal candidate understands TikTok creator culture, beauty content, and how creator communities drive product discovery and revenue.

Your goal is to help creators feel like they arepart of the brand, not just participating in an affiliate program.

Community Building & Engagement

Own and manage thecreator Discord community, ensuring it remains active,

welcoming, and valuable for creators.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building genuine 1:1 relationships with creators through DMs, comments, and regular check-ins
  • Encouraging creators to join and actively participate in the Discord community
  • Supporting the growth of the core creator community and treating top creators as VIP partners
  • Participating in biweekly community calls and helping maintain a strong creator culture
  • Creating an environment where creators feel connected to the brand and the team
  • The goal is to build atight-knit creator community that consistently produces content and drives sales.

Creator Recruitment & Program Growth

Own creator recruitment and growth of the creator and affiliate ecosystem.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and recruiting new creators on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms through proactive outreach
  • Driving200 to 300 new creator sign-ups per monthinto the affiliate and creator programs
  • Inviting creators to join the Discord community and onboarding them into the creator ecosystem.
  • Managing creatorsend-to-end, from outreach and onboarding to campaign participation and performance tracking
  • Supporting creators with product education, campaign briefs, and affiliate tools to help them succeed
  • Continuously identifying high-potential creators and helping scale their content and affiliate performance
  • The goal is to build alarge, active network of beauty creators consistently producing content and driving revenue.

Creator & Affiliate Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators and affiliates.

Responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with creators about product launches, campaigns, and promotions
  • Supporting creators with content ideas, product education, and campaign updates
  • Helping creators succeed with the affiliate links and TikTok Shop content
  • Learning each creator’s content style, audience, and preferences to support better collaboration
  • The focus is on buildinglong-term creator partnerships that grow alongside the brand.

Discord Community Management

Manage and optimize thecreator Discord server.

Responsibilities include:

  • Organizing channels, roles, and community structure
  • Running challenges, polls, and engagement activities
  • Encouraging creators to share content, wins, and ideas
  • Monitoring community health and suggesting improvements
  • The objective is to make Discord avaluable hub for creators connected to the brand.

Content Interaction & Relationship Building

Actively engage with creators across social platforms to build authentic relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Commenting on creator posts and videos
  • Responding to stories and messages
  • Engaging with creator content even when it is not directly about the brand.
  • Celebrating creator wins and milestones. This helps keeptop of mind within the creator community.

Admin & Coordination

Support the operational side of the creator and affiliate programs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Helping prepare agendas and updates for community calls
  • Tracking creator engagement, affiliate performance, and onboarding progress
  • Maintaining organized tracking sheets for creator outreach and relationships
  • Coordinating with the growth, influencer, and ecommerce teams. This ensures the program runssmoothly and scales efficiently.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Community Manager, Creator Manager, Affiliate Manager, or Influencer Manager
  • Strong understanding of TikTok creator culture and beauty content
  • Comfortable doing proactive outreach, DMs, and creator relationship building
  • Experience managing Discord communities or similar platforms
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage many creator relationships at once}

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with beauty or skincare creators
  • Experience managing affiliate or influencer marketing programs
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop and creator-led commerce
  • Experience supporting creator campaigns and product launches
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and creator growth strategies
