About the role

Are you interested in an opportunity to grow professionally within a positive and progressive culture? Northern Health is seeking a champion with management and leadership experience to join our Regional Chronic Diseases department.

Reporting to the Executive Lead, Regional Chronic Diseases, the Lead, Chronic Diseases Strategic Initiatives-HIV/Hep C Care & Chronic Pain Care provides leadership, coordination, coaching, quality improvement and evaluation support to the regional HIV/Hep C and Chronic Pain Programs, to the implementation of the Chronic Pain Prevention and Management Strategy, and to other diseases specific work as assigned. The Lead works in co-leadership with the Medical Leads of the NH HIV/Hep C Care and NH Chronic Pain Care Programs.

Starting salary will be approximately from $90,770 to $113,462 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.
