Lead Creative Analytics

Department
The Office of the CXO drives effectiveness across the EA Experiences organization with a focus on business operations, fan intelligence, and technology solutions. Within this group, the Fan Intelligence team delivers insights that deepen understanding of player behavior, audience trends, and engagement across EA’s portfolio. We partner with franchise and marketing teams to connect audience insights with content and creative performance.
Impact
You will lead creative analytics strategy that connects fan behavior with content performance, influencing marketing decisions, creative investment, and measurement standards across franchises.
Responsibilities
Lead creative analytics strategy across player, media, and social datasets. Define measurement frameworks for creative performance across campaigns, trailers, and creator content. Establish scalable dashboards, reporting standards, and self-service analytics solutions. Translate audience and content data into strategic recommendations for senior partners. Guide franchise teams on creative strategy, media investment, and content planning. Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives that embed measurement into creative and campaign workflows. Mentor analysts and promote analytics best practices across the organization.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in STEM, Economics, or a related field. 6+ years of analytics experience in marketing, media, product analytics, or consumer insights. Advanced SQL skills across multiple data sources. Experience with statistical modeling, experimentation, and causal analysis. Experience using R or Python for advanced analytics and modeling.
Core Skills And Experience
Experience leading creative, marketing, or audience measurement initiatives. Expertise in data visualization, dashboard strategy, and executive reporting. Experience designing media measurement and experimentation frameworks. Experience influencing strategic decisions through data and executive storytelling. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across global teams. Experience mentoring analysts or providing technical leadership.

Compensation And Benefits
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$114,300 - $156,200 CAD
Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
