About the role
Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Senior Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment and inventory management. Your role will primarily focus on administrative tasks, including printing reports, assisting with order auditing, and maintaining organized documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
-**Print Pick Sheets:**Print and organize pick sheets for the greenhouse team to ensure accurate order picking and preparation. -**Load Reports:**Load and manage various reports related to greenhouse operations, including inventory and order data. -**Cart Labels:**Generate and print cart labels for product identification and proper organization. -**Order Auditing Assistance:**Assist with auditing orders to ensure accuracy and quality control, verifying that the correct products and quantities are being fulfilled. -**Print Drop Reports & Driver Packages:**Print drop reports and packages for drivers, ensuring that all information is accurate and ready for transport. -**Sort Pick Sheets by Farm:**Sort pick sheets according to specific farms or sections of the greenhouse to streamline the picking process. -**Verify and Audit Orders:**Verify and audit orders, checking for discrepancies and ensuring that all details align with customer and inventory requirements. -**Print Invoices:**Print invoices for completed orders to ensure timely billing and recordkeeping. -**Assist with Filing Drop Reports:**Help maintain organized filing systems for drop reports and other essential documentation. -**Collaborate with Team:**Work closely with greenhouse staff, warehouse teams, and drivers to ensure smooth daily operations and timely order processing.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of greenhouse operations preferred

Proficient in using office equipment and computer software (Excel, Word, etc.)

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Ability to work evenings and weekends, as needed

Ability to lift and carry boxes or items up to 25 lbs

Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
