Overview**:**
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive IT Project Coordinator to support our IT project management team. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders, and producing clear, executive-level documentation. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities**:**
- Assist IT Project Managers in planning, executing, and tracking projects to completion.
- Coordinate communication across technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and executives.
- Track project tasks and ensure alignment with scope, budget, and timelines.
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation and executive reports.
- Analyze business needs and document requirements for system and process improvements.
- Monitor risks and issues, escalating as required and proposing solutions.
- Use project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar) to manage schedules and deliverables.
Qualifications**:**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of project coordination experience, preferably in IT environments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with proven ability to manage diverse tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile, ITIL, SDLC, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, CAPM, Agile/Scrum, or ITIL.
